Nvidia Deepens Israel Investment with Major Tel Aviv Expansion

Nvidia is significantly expanding its presence in Israel by leasing an additional 10 floors in Tel Aviv's Rubinstein Twin Towers, bringing its total occupancy to 18 floors.

This expansion adds over 22,000 square meters of office space and is valued at approximately 100 million shekels. The move underscores Israel's importance as a hub for Nvidia's research and development, with the country hosting the company's largest R&D center outside the U.S.

The new space will accommodate around 1,200 workstations and is expected to be operational by late 2025.
