Preston’s Jewish community holds joyful celebration of music, culture and connection

Preston’s Jewish community, though small and without a synagogue, held a vibrant musical celebration under Rabbi Danny Bergson’s leadership.

Hebrew songs from Psalms to Israeli pop filled the upper room of a Methodist church. Attended by civic leaders, the event marked a milestone in fostering Jewish identity locally. Organisers hope it leads to more events.
