How Israel became a global trailblazer for workplace AI adoption

A recent survey from the Israel Democracy Institute finds that 28% of Israeli businesses used AI in the last six months, and 32% of employees work in such firms — placing Israel well ahead of many countries in AI workplace use. Rather than seeing AI purely as a cost-cutting tool, many Israeli firms approach it as a driver of growth, innovation and competitive advantage. The country’s strong tech ecosystem, startup culture and R&D investment contribute to this rapid adoption.
